Easiest Workout Yet???


I don't understand why, but todays run was one of the easiest runs I've had yet. So easy, I even double checked the schedule to make sure I did everything right. Weird huh? It shocked me how easy it was compared to the first and second workout this week even though, It was the same exact thing.

It's crazy how I am feel right now, sweaty, but at the same time I feel like I haven't even worked out. I guess I am just getting use to this running routine. I say this now, but I know monday is around the corner with a whole new workout, and a whole new butt kicking. I know, Ill look at the schedule, and say to myself, oh, that doesn't look that hard. But after that run, Ill be on here saying how hard it was and how I underestimated the new running schedule. So for now, Ill be happy todays run went so well.

Since it is friday, Id like to announce that my total weight loss since I've started is 14.5 lbs... SOO close to 15! But I can't complain, hopefully by monday I'll have lost that .5 lb so I can still be at a 5 lb average per week. Crossing my fingers!

Another thing that I just remembered is that I added an email submission form at the top right of the page, I put this on there for those of you that would be interested in receiving email notifications of new post, updates, and who knows, maybe a contest or 2... Don't worry, I'm not going to sell the addresses, I wouldn't know the first thing about doing that so no worries! Glad to hear that you're being smart about it. You have more time than bodies. Congrats on the 14.stinkin 5. It's like...couldn't they just throw in the other point 5 for a bonus or something?? Sheesh!
