Day 1 Is a Success!



After finishing the last post I just wanted to write on here about my first workout success! The last time that I was on a treadmill was about 2 or 3 months ago, so I was really dreading the workout today. but over all It went very well.

I ran 7 Mph (for 30 seconds) and walked 3.5 Mph (for 90 seconds) for 35 minutes and was able to go 2.27 miles. Not bad for day one.
