Well, It felt pretty amazing being back on old treadmill again! and i'm not as out of shape as previously thought! I decided to skip a head a few weeks in the couch to 5k program because, I've been pretty active... well, not active as in running, but more along the lines of not sitting on the couch constantly. So I decided week 4 of the
Couch to 5K plan that I am using, would be a good starting point.
Hopefully by skipping a few weeks I won't regret it! as of now, My muscles aren't that sore, but i did notice that my back is pretty sore from all the jolting, and jiggling. HAHA.
