First Workout At Camp



Well... Ill tell you theres something in the air here at camp that doesn't let you sleep I woke up this morning at about 4:30 am and just couldn't fall back asleep. Mandy and I had made plans to go to the gym at about 7:30 am but we didnt end up getting there until about 8. I ended up running a mile on the treadmill and was just to excited to use the weight machines. I ended up doing lat pull downs, triceps pull downs, and used a bunch of other machines. It felt awesome to actually lift!! The last time that I remember lifting regularly was when I was in high school and was playing football, so its been almost 8 years. I cant believe thats it has really been that long! I figured inorder to keep myself going, I left all of my stuff in the locker room, so no matter what I have to go back. I Just hope that It will be as easy to go when the kids start arriving!!

On a side note. Everyone that has been getting email updates is not going to receive them while I am away. The program that I use to send them out doesn't work on the network here. I apologize for any inconvenience.

It sounds like you're really taking advantage of the equipment at the gym. I wouldn't even know where to start, LOL.

Is there a gym in Woodcraft, or do you have to go over to the main campus?

No, I use the gym on main campus. I can't believe how sore I am from lifting that one day!!!
