Well, It felt pretty amazing being back on old treadmill again! and i'm not as out of shape as previously thought! I decided to skip a head a few weeks in the couch to 5k program because, I've been pretty active... well, not active as in running, but more along the lines of not sitting on the couch constantly. So I decided week 4 of the Couch to 5K plan that I am using, would be a good starting point.

Hey everyone! I know its been a REALLY long time since my last post, but I figured that its about time that I get back on the bus! Its a good thing that I have a motivational blog that I can follow... haha, and who better to motivate myself than MYSELF!

Second Annual Cinco De Mile-O
Well, I've been horrible at keeping up with my blog! I am the first to admit that I really should be updating this a little more often, or else people will start thinking that I have once again fallen off the running wagon. Well, no worries! A blast from the past
Today I did something that I haven't done in months. I ran 2 miles without stopping! I cannot believe how quickly I am getting back into this. Just yesterday my workout was run 8 walk 5 x 3 and i was struggling. Then today was a 20 minutes straight of running and I had no problem with it.
